API Terms of Use
The terms that apply to any use of the DomainerGarden API.

These API Terms of Use (“API Terms”) apply to your use of any API provided by DomainerGarden LLC (“DomainerGarden,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
The API may be available only to eligible paid subscription plans.
1. API Access
API access is provided subject to your subscription plan, applicable limits, and technical documentation.
We may change API availability, limits, endpoints, or functionality over time.
2. API Credentials
You are responsible for protecting API keys, tokens, and other credentials.
You must not:
- Share API credentials publicly
- Publish credentials in source code repositories
- Sell or transfer API access
- Allow unauthorized persons to use your credentials
If you believe credentials have been compromised, you should revoke or rotate them immediately where functionality permits and contact support@domainergarden.com.
3. Rate Limits
API access may be subject to rate limits and usage restrictions.
You must not attempt to bypass or circumvent rate limits.
We may temporarily or permanently restrict API access when necessary to protect the Service.
4. Prohibited API Use
You may not use the API to:
- Conduct unauthorized scraping
- Circumvent plan restrictions
- Overload the Service
- Conduct attacks
- Introduce malicious code
- Access another user’s information
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Violate applicable law
- Violate the Acceptable Use Policy
5. Your Data
Information accessed through the API remains subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of API-accessed information complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
6. Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted API availability.
The API may be modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.
7. Security
You are responsible for securing systems that use the API.
You should avoid exposing API credentials in client-side applications or public repositories.
8. Suspension
We may suspend API access if we reasonably believe that:
- API usage violates these Terms
- API usage threatens system stability
- Credentials are compromised
- The account is involved in abuse or fraud
- Suspension is necessary for security or legal reasons
9. Changes
We may update these API Terms as the API develops.
Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
