Which registrars do you support?
GoDaddy, Namecheap, Porkbun, Dynadot, Name.com, Cloudflare Registrar, and about 30 more via API. Registrars without a public API can be tracked via CSV import.
Do you ever access my registrar credentials?
No. We use scoped API keys with read-only access whenever the registrar provides them. Your login credentials never touch our servers.
How does renewal tracking work?
We sync expiration dates daily. You configure the schedule (90/60/30/7/1 days out) and delivery channel (email, SMS, Slack, Discord).
Can I import my portfolio from a spreadsheet?
Yes — CSV, TSV, or paste up to 5,000 rows. We auto-detect columns, dedupe, and match to your linked registrar.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. DomainerGarden is a flat monthly SaaS. What you sell your domains for is entirely between you and your marketplace.
What happens if I cancel?
Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation. Download the full CSV any time from Settings → Export.
