Acceptable Use Policy
What you can and can't do with the Service.

This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of DomainerGarden.
You must use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Commit fraud or facilitate fraudulent activity
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Violate privacy or data protection rights
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
- Circumvent security controls
- Circumvent plan limits
- Create accounts through deceptive or abusive methods
- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Interfere with Service availability
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks
- Abuse API endpoints
- Exceed API rate limits
- Scrape or harvest information without authorization
- Reverse engineer the Service except where legally permitted
- Use automated systems in a manner that harms the Service
- Attempt to access another user’s private portfolio
- Use another user’s credentials without authorization
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Use the Service to facilitate unlawful domain activities
2. API Abuse
If you have API access, you must comply with applicable API limits and documentation.
We may suspend API access if we reasonably believe that API usage:
- Threatens Service stability
- Creates excessive load
- Circumvents limits
- Violates security requirements
- Violates applicable law
3. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe that you have violated this Policy, we may:
- Issue a warning
- Restrict functionality
- Suspend access
- Terminate an account
- Block API access
- Take other appropriate action
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
