Account & Data Deletion Policy
How to close your account and what happens to your data when you do.

This Policy explains how DomainerGarden handles account closure and data deletion.
1. Deleting Your Account
You may request deletion of your DomainerGarden account by using available account deletion functionality or contacting:
support@domainergarden.com
2. What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When an account deletion request is confirmed, we will take reasonable steps to:
- Disable the account
- Stop normal access to the account
- Delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account
- Delete or anonymize portfolio data associated with the account, subject to applicable exceptions
3. Information We May Retain
We may retain certain information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Maintain financial and accounting records
- Resolve disputes
- Enforce agreements
- Prevent fraud
- Detect security incidents
- Protect legal rights
- Meet regulatory requirements
Retained information will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
4. Backups
Deleted information may remain temporarily in encrypted or otherwise protected backups.
Backup copies are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for operational, security, disaster recovery, or legal purposes and are subject to our normal backup lifecycle.
5. Subscription Cancellation
Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel a subscription automatically.
You should ensure that any paid subscription is cancelled through the applicable subscription management system.

6. Data Export
Where available, users may export certain account or portfolio information before deleting their account.

7. Requests
We may verify your identity before processing an account deletion request.
